To enter any Table Tennis Victoria (TTV) State Tournament Circuit event, players must hold a Club Compete - VIC (Adult or Concession).

Players with a Club Play or Club Compete or those who have paid their club but cannot access tournament sign-up options may not yet have a fully processed membership at the Table Tennis Australia (TTA) level. In this case, contact your club/association admin.

To check your eligibility:

  • Ensure you are a current member of an affiliated club/association.

  • Renew or register through your club’s website if you are not yet a member.

  • Upgrade from Social to Competition Membership if necessary

  • Pay your membership invoice online by Pin Payments to ensure immediate access to tournament entry.

Alternatively, a player may log in directly to their club or association’s public website to upgrade and pay for a Competition Membership themselves. This is the fastest way to activate tournament eligibility.

If issues persist after completing the above steps, contact TTV with your full name, club, and National Member ID (NMID).

For club administrators:
To upgrade a member in RevSport:

  1. Open the member’s profile on your club/association's admin portal.

  2. Click on Upgrade Member and select Club Compete - VIC as the new membership type.

  3. Choose Preview Upgrade, then Generate Invoice.

  4. The player must complete payment via Pin Payments to activate tournament access immediately.

Entries for all TTV-sanctioned tournaments close two weeks prior to the event, at 11:59 pm on Saturday.

Late entries are not accepted beyond the designated closing time. This policy ensures fair scheduling, accurate seeding, and sufficient preparation time for all participants.

If events or timeslots do not appear during registration, it usually indicates that your membership is not fully processed. This may occur if:

  • Payment was made in cash at your club and has not yet been reconciled with TTA, or

  • Your membership status is still listed as Social or Unpaid.

In such cases, contact your club/association and request that your invoice be unreconciled and reissued, then pay online by card. Online payment ensures immediate reconciliation and access to tournament entries.

Amendments can be made before entries close.

Please email the tournament organisers (or reply to your confirmation email) specifying:

  • The tournament name, your name, and

  • The event(s) you wish to add, remove, or change.

An updated invoice will be issued for any added events. Changes cannot be made once entries have officially closed.

As outlined in Clause 17 of the Conditions of Entry, refunds are not provided after entries have closed.

However, the host association may choose to waive this clause at its discretion. In such cases, withdrawal requests are referred to the host, which will contact the player directly if a refund is approved.

Refer to the full Conditions of Entry at:
