Empowering the Next Generation of Leaders in Table Tennis

The TTV Junior Leaders Program, proudly supported by Infosys & the Victorian Institute of Sport, is a unique opportunity for passionate young table tennis players to step up, lead change, and shape the future of the sport in Victoria.

What is the Junior Leaders Program?

This initiative is designed for young players who love table tennis and have ideas to make it even better. As a Junior Leader, you'll:

• Be given a seat at the table to represent youth voices in the sport

• Receive mentorship and support from experienced leaders

• Work on a real project to create positive impact at your local club

• Present your ideas at a formal graduation event

Program Structure

3 In Person Sessions

• Session 1 (April 7th): Launch & Innovation Experience at Infosys Living Labs Melbourne CBD (In-person attendance strongly encouraged)

• Session 2 (Mid-year TBC): Victorian Institute of Sport tour and high-performance leadership session (In-person)

• Session 3 (December 10th): Graduation & final presentations

2 Online Progress Check-ins

• Check-in 1 (May/June): Online check-in to check progress with online learning and start discussing club project
• Check-in 2 (October): Online check-in to assess progress with club project and provide any necessary support before graduation

The launch session at Infosys Living Labs will inspire you with cutting-edge tech experiences—like playing VR tennis on the moon—and set the tone for creativity and leadership.

Real Projects, Real Impact

Each Junior Leader identifies a challenge or area for improvement in their home club, interviews a committee member, and develops a hands-on solution. Past projects have included:

• Launching YouTube channels

• Creating member recruitment campaigns

• Sharing leadership insights from overseas training experiences
