Table Tennis Victoria Announces New Finance, Risk & Audit Committee

Table Tennis Victoria is pleased to announce the establishment of its new Finance, Risk & Audit Committee (FRAC), a significant step in strengthening governance, financial oversight and long-term sustainability across the organisation.
The Committee has been established by the Board of Table Tennis Victoria to assist in the effective discharge of its responsibilities relating to:
- Oversight of financial reporting and budgeting processes
- Monitoring internal controls and risk management systems
- Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and statutory obligations
- Reviewing the integrity and performance of audit processes
- Supporting the long-term financial sustainability of TTV
The newly appointed Committee brings together a diverse and highly experienced group of professionals across finance, governance, compliance, risk management and public policy, all united by a shared passion for sport and community development.
Committee Members
Agni Vaitheeswaran – Chair
Agni is deeply committed to table tennis, having started playing the sport at the age of five and representing her home state and country in India before continuing to compete in Victoria after migrating to Australia. She previously volunteered as an Accountant at Table Tennis Victoria between 2011–12, gaining valuable insights into the organisation’s operations. Agni is also a current TTV board member.
Agni brings more than 12 years of finance experience and currently serves as Head of Finance and Reporting at legalsuper. Her strong understanding of governance, business operations and financial stewardship, combined with her passion for table tennis, makes her an outstanding leader for the Committee.
Sophia Dong
Sophia is a lifelong table tennis player, coach and advocate, with extensive experience in governance, public policy and finance. As Principal Advisor to the Secretary at the Department of Treasury and Finance Victoria, she provides strategic advice on fiscal strategy, governance and organisational reform.
A former international athlete, Sophia represented New Zealand and Oceania at major events including the 2014 Summer Youth Olympics and the 2017 Summer Universiade. She has also coached the Victorian Junior State Team at multiple National Championships and contributed to coverage of major international table tennis events. Sophia also currently sits on the TTV Board of Directors.
Natalie Low
Natalie is an experienced Risk & Compliance professional with leadership experience across financial services, energy and higher education, currently working at Monash University. She specialises in governance, compliance frameworks, operational risk and process improvement within complex environments.
Natalie has previously served on the Board of the Southern Football Netball League and on various compliance and governance committees. She is passionate about supporting strong governance, sustainable growth and positive community impact through her contribution to TTV’s FRAC.
Tanson Tian
Tanson is a Private Client Director at NAB Private Wealth with more than a decade of experience across private banking, credit risk, financial analysis and stakeholder management. Prior to NAB, he held roles with Westpac Private Bank, ANZ Private Bank and the Victorian Department of Treasury and Finance.
Tanson has a strong interest in governance, financial oversight and sustainable organisational growth, and is passionate about supporting community engagement and multicultural participation through sport and community organisations.
Sylwia Kautz
Sylwia was appointed to the Finance, Risk & Audit Committee in May 2026 and brings extensive experience across the not-for-profit, member-based and corporate sectors. A member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), she has a strong track record in senior finance leadership and governance support.
Her expertise spans financial strategy and reporting, budgeting and forecasting, audit and risk management, internal controls, compliance and stakeholder engagement. Sylwia is highly regarded for providing clear and practical advice to Boards and executive teams, supporting sound decision-making and sustainable organisational performance.
