Para Table Tennis Come & Try Sessions

Curious about Para Table Tennis or looking for a fun, inclusive way to get involved in sport? Our Come & Try Sessions are the perfect place to start.

These sessions are designed for new participants to experience table tennis in a welcoming and supportive environment, alongside a small group of developing Para athletes. You’ll join in a structured training session, meet current players, and get a real feel for what being part of the Para table tennis community is all about.

Whether you’re completely new or have played before, this is a great opportunity to build confidence, develop skills, and connect with local clubs or coaching academies that are the right fit for you. We’ll also help guide you on next steps, from regular training through to competitions and even the Para pathway for those interested.

Our sessions have already helped a number of athletes transition into club membership, tournament play, and ongoing training - with some now progressing towards state-level representation.
