As for any cleaning questions, we recommend after each session to:

  • Wipe down table surfaces with a disinfectant solution, leave on for about 5min, then wash off with warm water (so that you don’t leave chemicals that could potentially damage the tables on them) and then dry with paper towels

  • Wash balls after each session with a disinfectant solution, i.e. put in a bucket of the disinfectant solution, leave for 5 min, rinse with water, dry with a paper towel.

  • We have added the extra step of washing the solutions off the surfaces so that it doesn’t potentially cause long-term damage to the tables, balls, or rubbers.

  • Wipe down any communal surfaces with the disinfectant solution i.e. door handles, chairs that have been sat on, barriers that have had to be handled – anything that has been touched.

We suggest some over the counter disinfectant solutions such as:

  • Glitz from Bunnings

  • Dettol products the Dettol wipes are good for things like door handles, tables, etc.

  • Pine O Cleen products

  • The important part when selecting a cleaning product is either high alcohol content (above 70%) or an active disinfectant chemical such as Sodium hypochlorite

  • Lastly, we recommend wearing disposable gloves when cleaning and disposable ‘cloths’ i.e. paper towel rather than a normal towel, a disposable wipe rather than a reusable cloth.
