A Special General Meeting was held, commencing at 6pm on Monday 24 February 2020 in the ‘Albert by the Lake’ room at Lakeside Stadium, Albert Park 3206.

Presentations were made to the audience by both groups, and questions were invited from the floor and answered by the relevant group. 

A vote was then subsquently taken, tallying pre-cast votes and votes submitted on the evening.

After a count which was overseen by an independant scrutineer (Lisa Hasker, CEO Vic Sport), the single Special Resolution proposing to replace all existing Board members with an interim set of Board members was not approved.

All those who attended are thanked for their attendance and participation.

It is now sincerely hoped that all parties move forward in a positive and conciliatory manner as we seek to “connect more people with more forms of Table Tennis, more often”, as per our Vision.
